By all means visit Nancy’s Under The Steps. There are now three slide shows, Applique Birds, Applique Flowers and a mixed collection that contains birds and flowers and some architecture. Very nice work and fine art prints are available right on the website with PayPal payment and credit card payment through PayPal.

The prints, prepared by Meadville Fine Art Prints, of Meadville, PA, will make beautiful and thoughtful gifts for most any gift giving occasion.

Nancy Asmus has launched her new website. Nancy’s Under The Steps to support her artistic endeavors in the rare and interesting area of applique art. Applique is a form of fabric art where the artist’s expression is rendered in fabric and thread on canvas.

As you can see by the applique Sparrow to the left, Nancy puts amazing taste and skill into her works. I hope you enjoy the photo but I assure you the original is far more striking.

There is only one original of each work but fortunately high quality prints, produced by Meadville Fine Arts using the  “Giclee” printing process, are available at Nancy’s website.
